An exciting opportunity exists for two (2) administration officers, full-time and part-time to join Child, Youth & Family Services. The administration officers will provide efficient and effective administration support for community based clinical services situated within Community Health Centres throughout SESLHD. The position encompasses a range of duties and responsibilities requiring a high level of organisational skills, reliability, and flexibility.

This role provides a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable Child, Youth and Family Services of Population and Community Health to achieve its objectives in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner.

All Category A workers and new recruits are required to receive one dose of the seasonal influenza vaccine annually to be considered compliant. Selection Criteria Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding work environment.Experience in responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response.Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Ability to contribute to improvements in administrative practices and procedures.Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level.Demonstrated ability to work independently in performing routine administrative tasks and ability to work as part of a team.Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.Need more information?
