Australian Catholic University – Melbourne VIC Provide essential administrative support to a dynamic team of students and staff providing quality psychological assessments and therapy interventions.ACU offers 17% employer superannuation, salary packaging, and generous leave provisions.Part time (3 days per week), continuing role, based at our Melbourne campus.About the role: Operating within the Melbourne Psychology Clinic (MPC), as the Administrative Officer, you'll ensure that the operational aspects of the clinic run smoothly, including making client appointments and undertaking client reception duties, receiving payments, issuing receipts, and stock and resource management procurement. You'll also maintain and ensure the integrity of the clinic management system and provide support for staff and students across the ACU Health Clinics. Being part of a valued member of the team, you'll also gain exposure to the operations of the wider school administration team, affording opportunities for further training and work experience.
Experience in the use of clinical administrative software such as Front Desk, Best Practice, Cliniko is desirable.
What we offer: The University pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation, and involvement.Total remuneration valued to $86,158 - $93,202 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $72,805 - $78,757 (pro rata) pa (HEW 4), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
