Administrative & Office Assistant

Details of the offer

Reporting into the Directors, the ideal candidate must be
motivated, passionate and be able to work autonomously. You will have a good understanding of accounts and administration.
Some experience in construction industry would be preferable.
Duties but not limited to:
• Supporting the construction & operations team
• Collaborating with these teams to work on various projects
• Performing reconciliations of accounts
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Data Processing, answering phone calls and managing inbox
• Processing transactions in Accounting Software
• Supplier Statement Reconciliation
• Assistance to head directors
• Administrative & office duties
Remuneration will be based on experience and capability.
