What You'll Be Doing This is a newly created and exciting dual role, where you'll split your time between providing high-level executive support to our Chief People Officer and assisting our Talent team with day-to-day recruitment operations.
Your contribution to coordinating the hiring process and helping us secure top talent will be a key driver of HPX Group's future growth.
This is a role for someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities and who understands the essential impact that recruiting top talent has on the success of our people-centric business.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Support - Manage the workflow of our CPO, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, preparing presentations, and driving key leadership projects forward.Talent Coordination – Partner with our Talent team to coordinate the recruitment process, schedule interviews, draft offer documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Experience within legal or professional services industries is a plus!A Degree or Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous but not required.Exceptional organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with Recruitment Management Systems would be ideal (however is not essential).A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
