**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Project Coordination:** Support various projects and initiatives by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Data Entry and Management:** Maintain and update databases, ensure data integrity, and generate reports as needed for management.
- **Office Procedures:** Streamline office procedures and improve efficiency by providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
