Physio Labs is looking for an Administration Supervisor/Practice Manager to provide front-line duties and supervision of the reception team.
You will be based at our lovely custom-built clinic in Ormeau . The role is full-time, with Physio Labs' receptionist shift hours falling between 6.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday.
You will supervise, allocate, and oversee the workload of our two Trainee Receptionists. We have a team of three Receptionists, plus seven Physiotherapists.
The role involves: Reception duties to ensure front of house staffing needs are met at all times. Rostering Accounts payable Workflow management Developing and mentoring team members IT first line troubleshooting and IT equipment coordination Diary management for the Director Ad hoc projects. We are seeking: A minimum of three years' experience in a medical reception or a similar administrative position (within the allied health industry is a bonus) Ability to effectively provide supervision and guidance to direct reports Previous experience with medical or practice management software Demonstrated experience with bookkeeping and accounts Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
