The Harvey Norman Commercial Team are currently seeking a motivated Full Time Administration Sales Support to join our team based in Townsville, Qld.Harvey Norman Commercial Townsville Division specialises in the supply of Goods to project builders, developers and architects.Our offer is unique to the market as we can provide a full product solution for our core customer's needs: Architects, Builders, Designers, Developers, and Plumbers. Harvey Norman Commercial offers the best brands, and we sell the widest range of products to all sectors of the building industry. Our clients depend upon Harvey Norman Commercial to supply the best range, the best service, and the best prices.Your Responsibilities:Download tender documents and schedulesAscertain items the company is able to supplySend suppliers a copy of the scheduleFollow up with suppliers for goods, obtain their quoteOnce quote is completed, estimator supplies a copy to the sales rep and to the customerActively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being suppliedMaintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholdersFollow security proceduresThe Requirements:Previous experience in a similar capacity or strong retail sales experienceCRM experience desired but not necessaryIntermediate computer skillsAbility to work unsupervised and a team playerExcellent communication and customer service skillsThe ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloadOn Offer:Opportunity to contribute and become part of a growing success in the industryExcellent remunerationIf you are keen, motivated and willing to contribute to a successful team, then we look forward to hearing from you!Please apply by clicking the 'Apply Now' button below.
