Working within the Sales Department and part of a team of three admin specialists, the role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and is fully supported by Belle's processes and procedures.Responsibilities:Administrative support to sales departmentOn-boarding of new property listingsPrepare digital proposalsComplete settlement processMaintain client databaseExperience & Skills:Min 2 years experience in a similar real estate or legal admin roleExcellent communication skillsGood time management skills, ability to work to deadlinesExperience with Agent box, proposal point and realhub an advantagePlease include a cover letter with your application.
