Women's and Children's Health Network, Corporate Admin Services, North Adelaide (5006) Salary Classification - ASO2 - Administrative Services Officer L2 - $58,709 to $63,154 Full time - Term Contract (Temporary up to 3 Oct 2025) About The Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Admin Services team as an Outpatient Administrative Assistant , where you will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to the Nursing Unit Managers and other professional staff members as directed by the Administrative Manager, Surgical Services. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team contributing to the service excellence provided by WCHN facility users, including staff, patients, and students. Coordinating patient admissions. Facilitating equipment and stationary ordering. Booking patient follow-up appointments and updating patient demographics. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Effective interpersonal and customer service skills. Demonstrated initiative and good organisational skills, ability to set priorities, work under pressure and undertake some problem solving with limited assistance. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to work with minimum supervision applying initiative and/or judgement to ensure timely completion of tasks and/or activities as directed. Experience in an administration type role.
