As a leading service provider for Commercial and Industrial Cleaning Services, Menzies is now looking to expand our team with a passionate, qualified, and enthusiastic Full Time Administration Officer for our commercial contracts within the Newcastle area.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This person will directly report to the Contract Manager and will be responsible for managing a key client contract.

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual for the position of Administration Officer, Cleaning Contract, who has**worked at either the state or branch level to provided support to similar position. You will be the first point of contact for all contract related duties and be required to perform additional Administration duties including assisting/preparation of proposals and correspondence, filing and general office administration duties.

**Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities**

**Please note that this role may involve in assisting in an Operational role, organising and roster cleaning staff as well liaising with the client and performing site audits. The position will focus on profitable contract management, whilst ensuring services are delivered to the specified quality standard and to enhance the company's reputation as a premium service provider and risk manager.**

To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes and capabilities:

- 2+ Years experience in similar role at the State or branch support level
- Hold current tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline.
- High Level competency in MS Office, advanced skills in Excel an advantage
- Quick learner
- Fast, accurate data entry and typing skills
- Work to tight deadlines and changing demanding
- Demonstrated relationship-building skills, excellent time management skills, and a professional, courteous telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Be willing and able to pass a National Police Check and have a current Working With Children Check.
- Current full drivers licence

**Skills/Experience Required**
- Strong organisational skills
- Good relationship building skills
- Good project management
- Basic competence in Microsoft Office software i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel

**Work Hours**
