The role
ALS Environmental operates a modern laboratory in Stafford Brisbane. We are looking for an administrator to join our team to support the day-to-day administration tasks. This varied role will suit someone who enjoys providing added value to their close connection with customers, learning new things and delivering service wins as part of a close-knit local and regionally connected team. In return, you could expand and diversify your skill set through experience in customer service, logistics, and scientific technical administration (sample receipt and preparation).

The day to day
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Greet and support clients' needs leveraging phone
Assist the Client Service and Laboratory teams in daily administration
Follow up on client invoice queries
Data entry and general filing duties
End of month account reconciliation
Basic accounts duties auditing invoice accuracy against client issued quotations
Invoice reconciliation and Client claim submissions
Data entry of analytical data
Administrative support

· Good attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality
· Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite and experience with a LIMS
· Friendly manner
· Excellent communication skills
