Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting our Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Parramatta? We're looking for a skilled Administration Officer to join our Learning Outcomes Directorate.
The Administrative Officer is accountable for overseeing the financial administration and operational support of the Learning Outcomes directorate. This role is responsible for the administrative management of the directorate's annual budget, contracts and service agreements, staff professional development logistics, financial and analytical reports, and utilisation and forecast of business unit and school staffing to support team outcomes.
The Administration Officer is accountable for: Track and reconcile the directorate's annual budget ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations across the directorate Contract Management: Administer and oversee contracts and service agreements Utilise Vendor Panel for efficient contract management Directorate Professional Development Support: Administer financial and logistical aspects of directorate professional development programs Track and report on directorate professional development activities and expenses Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and generate financial and analytical reports for various teams within the directorate Utilise data visualisation tools to present information effectively Enterprise Application Capabilities: Maintaining proficiency in enterprise applications including TechOne, Tableau, Vendor Panel, FCM Australia, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel to ensure efficient operations. About you: Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study Strong understanding and application of strategic marketing principles within specific contexts Creative thinker in a process-oriented environment Proficient in gathering and analysing data Skilled in managing collaborative relationships with stakeholders Service-oriented and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) Capable of efficiently and effectively managing multiple tasks and competing priorities, and meeting tight deadlines Your application Your application will include the following:
