Namoi WasteCorp is a family owned and operated business and a leading provider of waste management services in NW NSW, servicing large-scale mining and coal seam gas companies as well as commercial and private customers across Narrabri, Gunnedah and surrounds. The Role: We are seeking a high-level, proactive and organized Administration Officer to join our team. This pivotal role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing efficient administrative support across all facets of the business. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a broad skill set across business administration, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize office documents, files, and records with a high degree of accuracy.Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial tasks using systems like Xero.Maintain and update client and supplier information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and job quotes.Oversee email correspondence, phone calls, and other communication tasks.Provide administrative support across departments, including scheduling and supply management.Assist with onboarding new employees and managing staff records.Uphold company policies, including health and safety protocols, and promote ethical behaviour in all settings.Progress to assist with WHS and environmental compliance.Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero, Adobe Acrobat.Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.Able to work independently.Experience in administrative procedures and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Qualifications & Experience: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (required).Experience in an administrative role (required).NSW driver's licence (preferably unrestricted).Why Join Us?
