We are seeking an experienced administration officer/assistant who has outstanding customer service skills. The role is busy, diverse and requires someone that is excellent at helping people feel comfortable in this busy mental health therapy program.

The Patient Services Department & Consulting Suites are responsible for maintaining high quality administration services including reception, patient admissions, accounting services including billing and other general administration duties.
The Melbourne Clinic is located centrally in Richmond and is well served by all forms of public transport.

Responsibilities include:
Financial Governance for patients
Scheduling and follow up of patient appointments
Liaising with staff of different departments, other hospitals and key stakeholder engagement
Preparation and maintenance of medical records and clinician support
An understanding and awareness of the importance of integrity in data and business processes
Quality improvement process
Assisting in the timely management of patient flow pathway
Other administration and clerical duties including ward administration

Be flexible to work across departments when leave cover is required
Flexible working hours including evenings and some weekends
WebPas Hospital system experience will be highly regarded
