Administration Officer

The Opportunity

Veolia is seeking an Administration Officer to join our close knit team based in our Woodlawn site. This position would suit someone who has previous experience within an administration role and is thorough and detail oriented in their work.

The successful candidate will primarily be tasked with improving and administering processes for plant maintenance management within the SAP plant maintenance system.

What you'll be responsible for

SAP plant maintenance implementation and ongoing administration

Generate new work orders and raise purchase orders

Maintain servicing schedules within SAP.

Supporting the Inventory management process.

Assist with weighbridge administration, general payroll queries and general administrative tasks.

Provide customer service in accordance with Veolia expectations and policy and procedure

What you'll need to be successful

Experience in a maintenance administration or asset management administration role

Familiarisation with asset management processes.

Basic mechanical knowledge would be advantageous.

Computer literacy, G Suite experience preferred

Experience using an asset management system such as SAP is an advantage but not essential

Pay: $60,000.00 – $67,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
