A great opportunity has now become available for Administration Officers to join the Casual pool located at Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial and Springwood Hospitals.
Your role will see you provide timely and accurate customer service and administrative support, collection of patient data, maintaining confidentiality, and entering information accurately into iPM.
As an Administration Officer, you will provide superior customer-focused service, greeting our customers, directing their calls, and face-to-face enquiries to the appropriate person or area.
What you will bring to the role : Extensive administrative knowledge and experience, including reception duties, with effective customer service skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and time manage daily tasksDemonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenComputer literacy, particularly familiarity with Microsoft Office and previous experience with NSW Health programs would be well regardedAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracyNBMLHD is committed to achieving a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer, actively encouraging diversity and inclusion within our workforce.
