About the role: Provide administrative support and statutory maintenance scheduling for the Assets Team.Provide client liaison for our leasing and licensing portfolio.Provide support in the preparation, production, and presentation of monthly, quarterly strategic, and annual reports.Assist with maintenance scheduling for Council assets across 15 communities, Thursday Island and Cairns Based assets.About you: A minimum of 12 months Administration experience.Ability to become proficient in the use of TSIRC computing systems with proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems.Strengths in Communication & Administration.Demonstrated understanding of the issues impacting Torres Strait Islander people together with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively.Applying: Candidates will need to download the Position Description and submit a cover letter and an updated resume addressing how your knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications and personal attributes are most relevant to the position by Wednesday, 27 November 2024..
