The Role & You
You will be responsible for providing high-quality client liaison, administration, and support services to the Clients, Senior Advisors and Subject Matter Experts. You can balance administrative excellence with brilliant client relationship skills in equal measure. You collaborate with internal and external experts for meeting preparations and for streamlined workflow management. At times, you will also provide direct support to the CEO of the business.
You can act as a gatekeeper, safeguarding staff from activities beyond their core responsibilities, and supporting them in daily tasks. In doing this, you proactively seek opportunities to remove administrative tasks from others so they can focus on their highest-value responsibilities.
You are a self-aware, proactive individual who thrives in a high-performance, client-centric environment. You can work collaboratively without supervision and always act with discretion and professionalism.
