job description Administration and Sales Support Manager Fulltime Permanent Role offering $65-$75k+ Super| Immediate Start Located in Springwood - Lower Blue Mountains | parking on site Working hours from Aug to Oct -6am to 3pm and outside of spring 8am to 5pm Your new company: This is an exciting opportunity to join a well known company near Springwood - Lower Blue Mountains. The job purpose Provide exceptional customer service while enhancing sales and brand awareness. Ensuring continuous improvement of all administrative and sales procedures to ensure effective and efficient workflows at all times. Provide ongoing development of sales support resources with a strong emphasis on alignment with sales and marketing strategies and financial objectives. Your responsibilities include: Ensure Sales Orders are processed, and runs are closed off in a timely manner in conjunction with the Despatch Manager; ensure all queries are dealt with satisfactorily. Provide high levels of support to the Channel Business Managers, Independents and Commercial & Retail Sales representatives on a daily basis; provide them with Missed Sales and other Reports required by month for their customers as requested. Manage accurate compilation of availability List and fax/email to customers. Release customer back/forward orders Add/Modify availability Lists with new products/ranges. Ensure Sale & Return Credits are processed within the appropriate month prior to Month End processing. Ensure all invoices and credit notes are finalised and posted in the system prior to Month End processing. Manage Stock Allocation for clients and Independent Customers for catalogues and special promotions. Assist with the preparation of quotes as requested by Councils etc. in a timely manner. Ensure correct discount rates and special prices are monitored, managed and maintained in the system. Schedule and run month end reports as required for the Sales Managers. Manage casual hours over the quiet and busy times - ensuring adequate staff are trained and available over the busy periods and that hours are kept to a minimum during the quieter months. Your profile will demonstrate: Good analytical and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and listening communication skills Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Able to manage stress during peaks Efficient time management skills What's in it for you?
