About the role We are seeking an Admin Coordinator to join our vibrant team.
In this role you will be responsible for the admin coordination of the PALM (Pacific Australia Labour Mobility) Scheme and the PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) workers employed by FIP Group.
You will be responsible for: Visa applications and management Organisation and management of candidate documents, including passports, VEVO checks, etc.
Managing PLS inbox and communication General data entry General inquiries About you To be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised individual.
You will be passionate about helping others succeed and be committed to this role.
