Provide and coordinate high level, efficient, professional, and confidential administrative support and services within Patient Flow Services, Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH).
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Coordinate, lead and manage administrative activities and resources to provide efficient and effective administrative services. Manage and support staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery including monitoring staff workloads, providing assistance and training as required, responding to enquiries from clients and stakeholders. Prepare and present recommendations for administrative service delivery and development, including resource utilisation and risk identification and minimisation. Manage workload appropriately by prioritising tasks and ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes. Health Equity
