We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our team two days per week working: Thursday: 9.00am - 5.00pm Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm It would be appreciated if the successful candidate was also available to fill in occasionally to cover leave, and come in for mandatory training sessions on not rostered days.

What does your new role look like?
Providing a range of administrative and reception functions Scheduling meetings, documentation, greeting guests, responding to queries over phone or via email Maintaining client and staff database/records Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters Delivering of mail Assisting with facility accounts Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers About You Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest .
You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
