Administration Support Officer, St Thomas More College, Sunnybank. We are seeking an administration officer to undertake a diverse range of administrative duties including student enrolment, public and student reception. The successful applicant will display outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a positive and professional manner.
Attributes: Active support of the mission and ethos of the College Good communication and high-level interpersonal skills Ability to accept direction and supervision Flexibility in coping with unexpected changes to routine Honesty, reliability, and commitment Maintaining confidentiality and discretion always Experience with eMinerva software and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Interest in professional development and a commitment to improvement Duties include but are not limited to: Handling enquiries and Public and/or Student reception desk (including visitors, parents, students, deliveries) Student, parent, and staff liaison – correspondence Student enrolment and data entry Assist in enrolment function including handling initial enquiries and arranging interviews Complete printing jobs, maintain print room, paper stock for photocopy machines Administration filing, including maintaining central filing/records systems Other administrative tasks as required Qualifications: No formal qualification is required; however, a diploma-level qualification or higher or equivalent will provide an in-depth knowledge of the relevant statutory, regulatory and policy framework.
Mandatory Requirements: Eligibility to work within Australia for the period of appointment.
Currently hold or ability to obtain Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
Current/valid Qld Driver's Licence.
