Location: Ravenhall Correctional Centre Role Type: Part time ongoing (0.6 FTE) Remuneration: PAACT 4: $76,855.84 - $83,449.95 inclusive of superannuation (Pro rata) About us: Bendigo Kangan Institute is one of Victoria's largest TAFE providers.

About The Role: The Administration Officer supports the Corrections Portfolio, across 7 Correctional Sites and liaises with the Management team at Essendon Campus.
This role is responsible for the processing of new student admissions from application and assessment right through to induction, enrolment and completion at Ravenhall Correctional Centre.
This position requires full-time on-site presence.
We are excited about you because you have: Strong administrative experience with advanced Excel skills Proficiency in a broad range of the Institute's support functions (finance, student records, purchasing, payroll etc.)
and Government and host organisations data bases of highly confidential matters.
Proficient user of Student Management System, Argos reporting system, JETS (Justice Education Training System, PETES/OSN, Gateway, USI Registry and Microsoft office suite.
Ability to work within strict timelines, multi-task and prioritise work requirements for self and administrative team.
