The Role & Responsibilities As the successful Administration Assistant/Officer, you will be an invaluable member of the Business Advisory team. You will provide a broad range of proactive administrative support to the Managers and wider team, with a focus on supporting our clients.
While working in a busy and dynamic team, your responsibilities will include:
Job setups and finalisations Lodgement of tax returns Liaise with the ATO & other agencies Point of contact for clients via phone & email Routine reception coverage Skills & Experience The ideal candidate for this position:
Client focused with a professional approach Proactive & shows initiative Organised with superior time management skills Able to prioritise various responsibilities and meet deadlines Has had exposure to professional accounting services (desirable) Xero, FYI Docs or paperless system experience (desirable) Drivers licence & own transport (essential) Please note that this role requires attendance at our Fortunity office on the Central Coast and remote applicants will therefore not be considered for this position.
