Administration Assistant - Medical WorkforceWest Gippsland Healthcare Group – Warragul VICFixed Term, Part Time - 20 hours per fortnightDecember 2024 until February 2026Managers & Administrative Workers Grade 3 (HS3)An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Medical Workforce team at West Gippsland Healthcare Group in the role of Administrative Assistant.The Medical Workforce Administration Officer will assist the Medical Workforce Operations Manager in providing a thorough and efficient service to the Medical Services Division in delivery of the Australian Medical Council Workplace Based Assessment (WBA) program. The WBA Administration Officer will also undertake general administrative tasks as directed by the Medical Workforce Operations Manager; Head of the WBA Program or the Chief Medical Officer.This is a fixed term part time position based at the Warragul Hospital site. Some flexibility is available in terms of how the 20 hours are worked across a fortnight (i.e. school hours) and this will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
