West Recruitment is currently partnering with a community-based organisation in the NFP sector that has been helping the local community for over 30 years.
Led by a passionate group of professionals who want to give back to their community, this organisation is about to embark on an exciting period of growth that will see new initiatives.
The Opportunity
As part of this growth journey, an opening has been created for an Admin Assistant to join the team.
This role will ensure the ongoing efficiency of the administration function as the organisation goes through an exciting growth phase.
Some of the key tasks aligned to this position will include:
Perform inductions and registrations for service participants Manage the secure handling of client information & general files Handle incoming and outward communication correspondence Oversee stationary and office supplies including ordering Manage the petty cash float Conduct program evaluation assessments Assist with the development of social media accounts and marketing content The Successful Applicant Will come with prior experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role.
Has sound skills with MS Excel and is familiar with MYOB / Xero.
Is a team player who has strong communication skills both written and verbal.
This role would ideally suit a working parent that is looking for a role that will utilise their skills in a role with a work / life balance.
