About the role The Administration Assistant role involves supporting the Property Asset Management team by assisting with customer service, maintaining the myBuildings portal, and handling administrative tasks.
The assistant will report to the Director and Manager of Property Asset Management and work closely with the Help Desk Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities : Answering help desk calls and responding to emails, managing and actioning tasks.
Handling maintenance requests and liaising with Property and Facilities Managers.
Raising, modifying, and cancelling Purchase Orders and Work Orders in the myBuildings portal.
Uploading creditor invoices and maintaining data accuracy.
Providing cover for the Help Desk Coordinator and updating external stakeholders on the status of requests.
Skills & Experience : Administration and/or customer service experience.
Commercial real estate experience (desirable but not essential).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
Software/Computer Requirements  Microsoft Excel – Intermediate level Microsoft Word – Intermediate level Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate level CoreLogic myBuildings – Desirable, but not essential What the Company Offers : Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
