The Company & Culture In this position, you will work as part of a team of administration professionals working on the back end of the insurance process.
Working across company software and excel you will prepare renewal spreadsheets, issue final notices, manage receipting payments, monitor and action the inbox, maintain and update the client database, as well as upholding general office administration duties.
This is a back office position however you may have the opportunity to provide face to face customer service when relieving the reception area, on occasion.
This position will see you working with one of Australia's largest landlord insurance companies which has been in operation for over 30 years.

$55,000-$60,000 plus super No weekends!
Working Monday through to Friday 6 month fixed term contract  Work-life balance: spend weekends doing what you love  Business hours between 8.30 am and 5 pm - no late nights Flexibility to work from home AND in the office  On-site parking and easily accessible via public transport Be part of an inclusive and diverse team that enjoys socialising both in and out of the office Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 1 years' experience in an administration or similar position.
Data entry experience is also an advantage!
Finally, you must show a genuine desire to help, have a high attention to detail and deliver supreme service.
