Administration Assistant

The Role Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity until June 2025 for an Administration Assistant to support the Roster Business Partnering team.
Provide administration support to a team of Roster Business Partners and Team Leaders.Manage two general inboxes and triage to relevant team members.Maintain the use of Skedulo, , Kronos and Excel.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
About You Thinks and works strategically.Previous customer service and administration experience supporting a large team.Excellent computer skills with the ability to manage a number of different applications and systems.Comfortable with working in an ambiguous environment that is experiencing rapid growth.
Excellent collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with all levels managers and staff.
