Providing part time administrative support to the General Manager and Leadership Team based in our Townsville office, you will join a dynamic team who provide support to our members of Queensland Country Health and HBF.
Key Responsibilities Diary management and coordination Coordinate department communications, team events, company initiatives and catering Manage department business related travel Manage credit card expenses, purchase orders and ad-hoc invoices for the business.
Administrative meeting support, preparation of agendas, actions, and follow-up Your Experience You demonstrate experience in providing administrative support including experience in dealing with confidential matters by displaying organisation, time management and professionalism in everything you do.
You are a proactive in your approach, pre-empting the administrative requirements of your team while you confidently and clearly communicate through phone and email at all levels.
Proficiency and experience in the use of a range of software applications (e.g.
Outlook, MS Office) will assist you in being successful.
Both 3 days per week and school hours can be accommodated in this flexible and fast paced role.
