CoreStaff require 2 Administrative Assistants for our clients based in both Acacia Ridge and Carole Park locations.
About the role       The Key Responsibilities & Duties include but are not limited to:   Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively A strong understanding of warehouse administration procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Pronto Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant within the logistics industry or in a similar role is highly desirable A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Answer all telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner whilst maintaining a good relationship with regular clients Greet all customers with courtesy and respect Follow up with existing clients and check that their needs are being met Help deal with customer enquiries General administrative functions as required General Clerical Duties such as mailing, distribution of emails and mail etc Other ad-hoc housekeeping and administration duties as required such as photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving.
Skills and experience  Key Selection Criteria: Loyal, trustworthy and a positive demeanour.
Self-motivated, dynamic and confident.
Punctual and extremely reliable.
Able to work in a team environment effectively with an ability to learn, improve and take direction.
Good typing skills with an attention to detail.
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
