Your role: The Workshop Administration Assistant will play a vital role in supporting management and staff with all areas of the administration function within the Assets and Maintenance workshop.
You will work alongside automotive tradespeople, Supervisors and other office staff.
You will work 5 hours per day for 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (15 hours total).
Start and finish times are negotiable between 8am - 2pm ie you may work 8am -1pm or 9am-2pm etc Hourly pay rate: $32.5632 (includes industry allowance) You will also be expected to be able to cover leave for the Regional Administration Officer from time to time.
Depot:  The Waverley depot is approximately 600 metres walk from Bondi Junction train station and a FREE Opal travel card is offered Your responsibilities: Support the administration function of the Assets and Maintenance department for the Waverley depot workshop.
Respond to emails and phone calls Raise purchase requisitions Receipt invoices Maintain rostering and attendance spreadsheet Assist with uniform supply Assist with new employee set up Order and maintain stationary supply Scan/photocopy/filing Data entry Other administrative tasks as requested The talent you bring: Accurate data entry High attention to detail Good numeracy skills Ability to prioritise work and multitask Maintain continuous workflow Professional and friendly interpersonal skill-set Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) Previous experience with Asset Management and Finance Systems is preferred What we offer: A free OPAL travel card for buses, ferries, trains and light rail in the Sydney area  Access to discounted Fitness Plus gym membership An Employee Assistance Program Training and support Free staff bus to and from Central Station (departure times vary) Don't tick all the boxes?
