About the RoleSupervise staff in keeping with contemporary human resource practices, expectations of MSHHS and Queensland Health policies and procedures, including utilising effective recruitment and selection processes, staff performance tools, rosters, and leave management systems.Respond to the MSH@Home and Aged Care Services Managers feedback about service provision and/or identify and progress improvements in administrative systems, processes and procedures and/or identify improvements in staff performance to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness in service provision, balancing administrative compliance with service expectations.Develop, implement, and maintain robust systems, processes, and procedures to administer contract management plans, and to capture data for monitoring and reporting on compliance and performance of contracts, as well as identify opportunities for cost reduction and savings.Comply with and utilise contemporary human resource management practices in the areas of workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity, and anti-discrimination.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement, and Excellence shape our culture within Metro South Health.
