HR Operations Manager Assistant - Disability Franchise Company
Are you an experienced HR professional with a legal background, looking to make a difference in the disability services sector? Join our top-tier disability franchise company as an HR Operations Manager, where you will play a crucial role in shaping employment relations and workplace health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert employment advice on matters like unfair dismissal, general protection, and drafting submissions.
Represent clients at conciliations and the Fair Work Commission.
Conduct workplace investigations, particularly following serious incidents, and handle bullying and harassment complaints.
Manage workplace health and safety issues, including Workcover matters and WHS prosecutions.
Engage in coronial inquests and VCAT merits reviews, where relevant.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in employment law or a legal background, with expertise in workplace relations.
Prior experience in workplace investigations or handling serious workplace incidents.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety or Workcover matters highly regarded.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with demonstrated experience in client representation.
