The main purpose of this role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our DC centre across several departments and multiple stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the DC Manager, duties will include: Provide administrative support to the Distribution Centre Manager and other senior managers.Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports.Raising, monitoring and controlling Purchase Orders.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to supplies of consumable ordering.Facilitate effective communication between multiple departments and external partners.Assist with the coordination and scheduling of activities and events.Monitor and track office supplies and inventory levels.Update and manage databases and systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.About You Ideally, the successful candidate will have a proven administrative background within a fast-paced DC or Warehouse/Logistics environment supporting multiple managers, in addition to the following skills/attributes:
