Be part of a team that's shaping the future of residential design and property development.Job DescriptionAs an Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while supporting our creative team. You'll manage communications, conduct vital research on potential building sites, and assist with financial tasks. This role offers a unique blend of administrative duties and involvement in the property design process, providing an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.ResponsibilitiesManage and organize email communications, responding to basic inquiries and filtering important messagesHandle calendar management, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetingsConduct thorough research on specific properties and building sites, following established company processesPerform basic reconciliation and invoicing tasks using Xero accounting softwareJoin client meetings via Zoom, taking detailed notes to support project progressAssist with general administrative tasks, supporting the team's efficiency and productivityRequirementsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in email management and calendar scheduling toolsBasic understanding of accounting software, preferably XeroAbility to conduct online research effectively and accuratelyFamiliarity with Zoom and experience in taking comprehensive meeting notesAttention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote settingEnthusiasm for learning about property design and development processesFamiliarity with managing social media (IG) a plus
