Admin Assistant – Financial Investment advisors

Flexible hours! Fulltime hours that you can opt to work your full time hours within 3 to 4 days, ideal for work life balance
Your duties include:
Admin support to the financial advisors
Internal and external stakeholder engagement
Basic reception duties
Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
Onboarding of all new clients and being their point of contact for assistance
6 months experience in a financial advising company or within the banking and finance industry is compulsory
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work and thrive in an every changing and dynamic environment
Proficient in MS office applications essential
Salesforce or Xplan knowledge is preferred
