About the role
This role primarily involves maintaining a vigilant security presence, ensuring alertness and focus at all times. As a key member of our dedicated and customer-oriented team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to everyone we serve. In addition, you'll play a crucial role in fostering robust relationships with internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be provided casual work across multiple sites.
In addition to your primary responsibilities, your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks including, but not limited to: Liaising effectively with onsite clients, visitors and members of the publicEstablishing a strong visual security presence at various client sites to ensure safety.Delivering exceptional customer service to clientsPerforming thorough foot patrols within the premises.Ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and property, maintaining a secure environment.Observing and reporting security incidentsKeeping an accurate and detailed log of incident reports and ensuring timely submission.Conducting all duties in a professional and courteous mannerCommunicating effectively and working collaboratively with fellow Team MembersCompliant with Health and Safety requirements, identifying and reporting all hazards and risks, then responding proactivelyCarrying out incident investigations promptlyFollowing AG Security Group's policies and procedures, work instructions, standard operating procedures and safety requirementsApplicants must demonstrate that they possess the following: Current Security LicenceCurrent First Aid CertificateCurrent South Australian Working with Children Clearance.Current and valid Driver's LicenceSuccessful Candidates will require a fresh National Police ClearanceReliable transportHigh standard of professional presentation and personal groomingPositive team player and professional attitudeExceptional interpersonal and people skillsExperience to deliver high quality, customer-focused security services to our clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility to work days, afternoons, nights, and weekends, in line with the 24/7 operational nature of our organisation.Positions are available for applicants who can demonstrate they have the capabilities and credentials described.
