We are looking for an experienced and results-driven marketer to join our marketing team and drive growth within the small business segment.
The role:With a strong background in growth strategies, digital campaigns, and performance channels, you will be able to hit the ground running, finding opportunities to evolve and innovate on campaign strategy to drive growth. In the role you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that connect with SMBs around the world – including in languages other than English. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Design, and Localisation teams to launch campaigns that get results.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive small business subscription growthInnovate on acquisition marketing strategies and tactics to extend reach and drive conversionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, display, and videoAnalyze campaign performance, continuously test and optimize to improve ROI and conversion outcomesUnderstand the end-to-end customer experience and the relationship to acquisition outcomes – including product, markets, purchase journey, and customer insightsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on tactics and KPIsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effectiveClient Description:12 month Maternity ContractHybrid – 2 days a week in office / 3 days WFHOpportunity to join a Global Tech company who has consistently appeared in Fortune's top 50 Best companies to work for over the last 5 years!!!
Other Requirements:Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldDemonstrated marketing manager experience, with a focus on growth/acquisitionExperience managing campaigns across multiple channels to capture demandExperience managing global campaigns for small business and/or consumer segments – understanding regional and cultural nuancesStrong analytical skills, using data to drive decision-makingA curious mindset, with a talent for innovating through rapid experimentationExperience working in a fast-paced environment focused on growthIf you are a results-driven marketer and a team player, with a passion for driving rapid growth and helping small businesses succeed, we would love to talk to you about this opportunity.
