Work from home: Hybrid - 3 days WFH 2 days in officeThe purpose of an Acquisition and Retention Consultant is to grow and retain the Defence Health membership base by providing our prospects and members with quality experience that aligns with our purpose, vision, and values. It focuses on further enhancing skill and capability and provides further exposure and experience to support a fulfilling career pathway with Defence Health.Assessment Centre Dates and Times:5 th July10:00am-12:00pm1:00pm-3:00pm8th July1:00 pm – 3:00 pmTechnical CapabilityDemonstrate the consistent application of retention and acquisition techniques, identifying opportunities and attempting to handle objectionsDeliver a personalised experience across all channelsAbility to deliver service across both Acquisition & Retention skillsEffective use of the appropriate systems, tools, and resources to deliver an efficient, quality service to our prospects and membersWillingness to learn and apply feedback to improveAbility to adapt to technology enhancements that improve the member and/or employee experienceWith the support and direction of your leader, strive for continuous improvement to grow and develop in your ability within the Acquisition and Retention divisionWell-developed understanding of Sales and Retention techniquesWell-developed verbal and written communication skillsDelivers the best Member Experience possibleIs team orientated and can work autonomouslyDemonstrates active listening skills consistentlyEngaging personality, able to quickly build rapportAble to follow call flows in a conversational wayFollows through on commitmentsProficient with technologyAbility to apply constructive feedback and improve performanceDemonstrates company valuesPrevious experience in Sales and/or Retention or contact center roleKnowledge of health insurance, general insurance, or financial servicesFast and accurate data entry skillsPrevious experience within a highly regulated environment such as health insurance, general insurance, or financial services (banking)Intermediate problem-solving skills
