Role Purpose To provide excellence in Member Service through reminding Members of their payment obligations across all products within Capricorns Terms and Conditions.
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes • Sound understanding in accounting principles with an emphasis on accounts receivable • Ability to make sound judgements based on business needs, objectives, and principles.
• Good numeracy skills with exceptional accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate sound communication skills, both verbal and written, and can converse at all levels within the organisation and externally.
• Ability to cope with pressure and remain calm.
Experience • A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role Qualifications • Completion of Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent preferred • Customer Service Certificate (desirable).
