Employee mentoring program Full job descriptionWollongong Auto Supplies is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible team leader to head up our Accounts Receivable team.
The Position is Full Time - Monday to Friday.
As a team leader your key responsibilities will include;
Working with and coordinating the accounts receivable teamReceipting payments from customersCustomer careCustomer On-boarding including Credit ChecksDebt collectionFinalising EOM and EOQ data sets for the company accountant.The role will require you to liaise with internal staff and external customers.

Skills and Qualifications You will need to possess a professional and proactive attitude.You will be required to have speed, accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with data.You will need the ability to solve problems and meet strict deadlines.You will need to have a pleasant telephone manner and demonstrate high levels of customer care.You will be able to work well independently as well as in a team environment.You will need to demonstrate highly effective communication skills – both written and oral.You will also possess the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines have been met.
