As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will process rent for our residents, manage the process for bonds, contribute to improving the reporting and internal control processes.
This role is based in our Sydney CBD Head Office, 5 days per week.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou will be detail-oriented with the ability to perform the below tasks:Familiar with general ledger systems.
Experience of working on NetSuite is desirable but not compulsory.Previous experience dealing with a room booking system such as PEX or StarRez is advantageous.Familiar with bond lodgement process, desirable.High level of proficiency of MS Excel.Medium level proficiency of other MS Office products – Word, PowerPoint, etc.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
