An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their highly motivated and skilled team.
Reporting to their Finance Manager, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities including: Record, reconcile and manage incoming payments with outstanding invoices Handling and overseeing communication with customers and their accounts Coordinating with customers to secure prompt collection of overdue payments Evaluating customer credit worthiness and establishing limits for new customers Assisting with components of month end reporting Investigate and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies Undertake ad hoc finance duties as required To be considered for this role you will have at least 3-4 years' experience working in accounts receivable, ideally within a fast pace high volume, large organisation.
You will also have outstanding communication skills, a strong attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a collaborative and driven team.
