Arisit is an Australian owned company with exclusive distribution of a range of appliance brands ranging from laundry and cooking appliances to state-of-the-art electronics from around the world including Europe, USA and China.
About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable officer to join our Finance team located in Dandenong South.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure allocation is achieved accurately and processed on a timely manner.
This role plays a pivotal part in the team by managing the credit limit, control and reporting the age of receivables while maintaining professional relationships with our customers.
You will also: Conduct customer creation and manage credit limit requests Conduct daily cashflow projections or forecasts when requested File credit limit request and liaise with our insurer and/or Franchisor staff Conduct receipt allocation tasks including cash receipts, credit claims and other refunds Generate manual sales invoice (non-stock related) Liaise with Sales, returns, warehouses, logistics and spare parts administration teams Reconcile e-commerce and online platforms Manage customer accounts reconciliation, debtors statement and End-Of-Month AR ledger reconciliation including aged trial balance (ATB) Conduct debtors weekly reporting (collection) and maintenance of customer accounts Manage debtor queries for Australia & NZ, including credit notes Process credit claims from the e-commerce and/or cash customers Assist with the audit process Half Year and Full Year on samples and documentation About you You thrive in a fast-paced environment and appreciate having deadlines to work towards.
You will also have: A good understanding of accounts receivable and basic accounting Previous experience and/or have had exposure to processing receipts with a large volume of invoices and credit notes to match A positive attitude and clear communication skills The ability to build good relationships with customers internal as well as external.
Highly developed organisational skills, time management skills, with strong attention to detail Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (IF function, Lookups and pivot tables) If this sounds like the opportunity you are looking for, Apply Now!
