The Role Reporting to the General Manager – Business Services, you will lead and oversee the entire Accounts Receivable (AR) function, ensuring efficient processing, compliance with regulations, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring that our accounts receivable processes align with ABN Group's high standards of financial integrity.
You will take charge of team development, foster a collaborative working environment, and work closely with senior management to drive positive business outcomes.
Other key responsibilities: Standardize and streamline billing operations and process, maintaining scalability and efficiency across the business Collaborate with senior leaders in process improvement initiatives ensuring optimal outcomes are achieved Oversee collections management procedures, ensuring strict adherence to contractual obligations Ensure compliance of customer data management processes with relevant privacy regulations and company policies, safeguarding sensitive information Facilitate and coordinate responses to audit queries, ensuring timely and accurate provision of information Lead the maintenance and accuracy of customer master data, implementing verification protocols and performing regular audits You You are an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with a strong financial background, exceptional customer relationship management skills, and a proven track record in optimizing accounts receivable processes through standardisation and automation.

You are a proactive problem solver who can drive continuous improvement and lead by example.
Proficient in billing operations, including invoice accuracy, and contractual compliance Well-versed in customer data privacy regulations and maintaining data security in line with industry standards Expertise in using financial and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) Strong understanding of data quality practices for maintaining and verifying customer master data, as well as conducting regular data audits In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and their application in financial reporting Experience in period-end closing procedures, preparing for audits, and ensuring compliance Qualification in Finance or Accounting (CA, CPA, or equivalent) desired Strong understanding of finance master data management and data integrity controls Why ABN?
