About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Accounts Payable Specialist to be a key player in our dynamic finance team.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager for Australia, you will play an essential role in managing our end-to-end accounts payable process, driving efficiency, and ensuring smooth operations.
Benefits:
Salary: $120,000-$140,000
Hybrid: (2-3 days WFH flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing: Take charge of processing all vendor invoices, ensuring timely approvals and accuracy.
Cost Management: Make sure all costs are accurately posted to the correct and relevant Strategic Business Units.
Vendor Onboarding: Be proactive in onboarding new vendors, performing thorough checks to ensure compliance and reliability.
Expense Management: Handle vendor staff expense payments and intercompany transfers, ensuring deadlines are met and payments are made from the correct bank accounts.
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies with precision.
Communication: Serve as a vital link by communicating key payment details to project teams, Executive Assistants, and Office Managers, fostering strong relationships across the business.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a finance team, ideally in accounts payable.
A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate effectively to senior members of the business.
