Accounts Payable Specialist

You will be a key member of the Accounts Payable team.
Your role will include: Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor files and ensure that all necessary information is updated Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports Assist with month-end closing Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience working in accounts payable  Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication skills Our client values a positive and fun work culture.
