About the Role: We're seeking a motivated Accounts Payable (AP) professional to join our team located in Canning Vale WA! Whether you're an experienced AP returning to the workforce after a break or someone looking to reduce your hours while leveraging your extensive AP expertise, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities and Duties (including but not limited to): Efficiently process AP transactions.Creditor reconciliations.Work closely with market buyers to ensure smooth operations.Maintain supplier and creditor records, previous experience with produce suppliers would be advantageous.Correspond with suppliers and growers, addressing queries and resolving issues.Provide support to the finance team with adhoc tasks as needed.Skills and Experience: Experience with Market West/FPAA systems is highly desirable.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC or WiiSE is a strong advantage.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Adaptability and openness to change.At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar AP role.If this sounds like you, apply now!
